IT FINALLY CAME
After much anticipation the parade finally made it's way past our waiting gazes! With lots of hollaring! In true southern style, the parade floats threw neclaces in mardi-gras fashion to the waiting arms of everyone in our clan. And to the trees and the roof as well!
This is the back end of the pirate ship from above. The 'canon' blast from these guys made everyone jump a little. GREAT FUN!
What parade would be complete without a fire engine or two?
This pirate ship caught my phone cam with a little blur because in the other hand I was catching necklaces... see the ones leaving that guy's hand in the center? oh yeah, I caught em! heh heh.
And of course the parade ends with SANTA CLAUSE! He must have been SWEATING in that SUIT! LOL!
But you didn't want to see that, did you? You want to see these beautiful faces! All decked out in their prizes! YAY!
We all had a great time enjoying the parade from our porch. And the best part was we were all together, it was totally free and unexpected. And now we are headed over to Auntie Patty's and Uncle Buddies for CHRISTMAS together! What a fun parade day! Hope you enjoyed it, too.
